Maryland Wear and Carry Handgun Permit (WCHP)

This class is for any Maryland resident who wishes to legally wear, carry or transport a handgun. You are required to possess and maintain on your person a valid Maryland Handgun Wear and Carry Permit (handgun permit) issued by the Maryland Department of State Police. This class meets that qualification and will also qualify you to carry for additional states. We will advise on the application process.
